All free quotation enquiry:
General:
Where design is required, shall be accompanied by an existing floor plan, section, elevation view & proposed budget. These can be taken from the Sales & Purchase Agreement of your property. Preferably some digital pictures of the work areas involved showing the existing wall, structure & fittings etc. These documents can also be emailed or faxed over to us. Due to extensive design works involved, before quantities takeoff, potential customers shall treat this request with full sincerity to engaged our service.
Site Visit:
Customer who request for preliminary site visit and to take measurements for the purpose of quotation shall agree to a non refundable deposit of $200 per trip within Klang Valley area. This non refundable deposit can be offset against the cost of final work purchase order.
Appointment:
We recommend our customer to visit our show office to be briefed and see the products and materials to be used for the works before finalisation of quotation /contract. We would appreciate advance appointment be made.
Online communication:
For the convenience of overseas customer, we can also communicate online through Skype.
Delivery time:
Customer is advised that lead time for the production of custom made furniture, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and other built ins varies and shall checked with us in advance for an initial indication. These are non stock items and are made to order.
