Design and Construction works encompass Exterior & Interior Architecture design for Home, Office & Retail customers. An established remodeling designer & professional building contractor and interior renovator. We will established client’s requirements, taste & preferences before determining the concept design and budget for client’s acceptance. Upon approval we proceed to finalize the design and any cost variation for client’s final s approval and acceptance. Where upon relevant building or interior plans are prepared for authorities approval if required & before construction commenced. There is also the need to communicate the final design to other consultants for their further input and finalisation of their respective scope of services. Other working drawings are also coordinated and finalize before work can commenced on site. Working drawings and detailing are needed to communicate the final design ideas, details and specification for workmen to construct accordingly and to ensure all trades and services are coordinated and carried out within the design specification.
